Giveaway: Dropps – A New Kind of Laundry Detergent!

July 15th, 2009 | By Rebecca Thorman | 84 Comments

When we featured Dropps on the Alice blog a few weeks ago, we got a great response both in the comments and on Facebook. So we’re especially excited for this week’s giveaway of Dropps Variety Packs to five different winners.

Dropps

Since many people over-estimate how much detergent they use (and subsequently use far too much), Dropps is a new innovative liquid detergent that makes laundry “laundr-easy.”

Its super-concentrated formula fits in tiny, pre-measured “toss-and-go” dissolvable pacs. All you have to do is drop the pacs into your washer, pile your clothes on top, and it dissolves completely to release the detergent once the pacs hit water.

By removing the harsh chemicals and water, Dropps also removed the need for bulky plastic bottles and the energy that comes in making and shipping them.

Five winners will receive a Dropps Variety Pack that includes:

(1) Dropps Laundry Pac Fresh Scent (20 loads)

(1) Dropps Laundry Pac Gentle for Babies (20 loads)

(1) Dropps Laundry Pac Scent + Dye Free (20 loads)

Just tell us…

What do you like about Dropps laundry detergent?

Living in the city that never sleeps I’ve never driven and use public transpo and ‘leg power’ everywhere. I absolutely positively hate carrying the following two things home: Laundry detergent and Soda. Not only is the walk home with them long and unbearable, lugging them both up five flights of stairs (no elevator building!) is my workout for the week, LOL. I LOVE that this would save me from having my poor arms fall off from sheer exhaustion caused by the strain and exertion of carrying those heavy bottles home!

I am stalking, ahem, I mean *Following* yes that’s the ticket on Twitter, and gave you *twitter love* here:

Dropps looks like such a great idea! I am certain that I use too much laundry detergent. With the concentrated detergents (like All Small & Mighty), I always feel like the measured amount just isn’t enough…even though I’m sure it is. So I Find myself pouring a little more into the washer.

    Thanks!

I followed you on twitter and tweeted about it. I think these would be great because when the kids do laundry they often use too much soap or too little…this would avoid any waste in that area.

  16. Aimee Bernard says:
